Ciao a tuttə🌷!! Si libera da inizio luglio due posti in doppia in via Niccolò Tommaseo. Il primo nella stanza blu. Il secondo nella stanza rossa e per la durata di 8 mesi (fino a Febbraio). Per ragazze.

La casa è composta da 2 camere doppie, una singola, una cucina, un salotto, un bagno e un bel balcone al sole! (c'è disponibilità di avere parcheggio per la macchina se si fa richiesta ai proprietari).

La zona è ben fornita di supermercati/farmacie e si è molto vicini alla stazione, quindi comoda per prendere i mezzi come bus e tram, treno e anche Flixbus. Inoltre è dista 5 minuti in bici (15 a piedi) sia dalla zona universitaria del Portello che dal centro.

Con noi abita anche una gattina molto affettuosa! 🐈‍⬛

Il prezzo a posto letto sarebbe 210€, utenze escluse.

Hello everyone 🌷!! Two beds in double rooms will become available starting from early July on Via Niccolò Tommaseo. The first one is in the blue room. The second one is in the red room and is available for a duration of 8 months (until February). For girls only.

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a beautiful sunny balcony! (Parking is available upon request to the owners.)

The area is well-served by supermarkets and pharmacies, and it's very close to the station, making it highly convenient for public transport like buses, trams, trains, and even Flixbus. Additionally, it's just a 5-minute bike ride (or a 15-minute walk) to both the Portello university district and the city center.

We also have a cat living with us! 🐈‍⬛

The price per bed would be €210, excluding utilities.
